I believe a handbag can inspire travel and visa versa.

I love handbags and I love travel. As a photographer, my career has allowed me to work with a few exceptional handbag designers and do a little travel here and there.

Up this week: a hobo bag with equine characteristics and the basque country.

In my hometown, there is a large Basque community a lot of my childhood friends are Basque and I have had a fair amount of Basque meals. I am always talking to Rick about taking him to my hometown to enjoy a Basque meal. Someday. Oh and for foodie fans: Rick and I both were hooked on this television series with GP (aka Gwenyth Paltrow) and Mario Batali, and our favorite part was their travels through Spain’s Basque countryside

And as far as that beautiful hand bag, I love the dark leather and relaxed style that has true timeless qualities. I can definitely see this bag hanging on my shoulder as I wander the Basque rolling hills searching for wine and fresh goat cheese. Someday
