One of the things I miss about living in Los Angeles is the downtown fabric district. I spent many days with either my girlfriends, Rick, family, or solo navigating the streets for fabric, baubles, flowers, and design materials. I even found parts of my wedding dress fabric in the garment district (which I will be sharing with you soon).

When I lived in Pasadena I was able to take the metro and not worry about parking. I would pack a large tote with all the necessities water, snack, sanitizer, money, and sunscreen.
