The other night I was looking at Etsy’s front page for vintage rings and in a great turn I stumbled upon I Adorn U. They had me at this cute arrow bracelet. There is a beautiful collection of clever designs and even a great men’s section. The tie bars would be perfect for a groomsmen or the groom. My favorite is the banjo.
How adorable is this best friends necklaces? I had a best friend necklace growing up and these whales are absolutely endearing, the same could be said for the bunnies necklace.
Mary Beth is truly in touch with her playful side, and I think it comes from being a teacher, teacher by day and designer by night, her hard work and great talent is not only on Etsy but you can find her pieces on major retailers like Zappos and Lulu’s.

Q & A with Mary Beth
When did you start your etsy shop?
I started my etsy shop in 2007. I was dying to sell my jewelry and artwork online and wanted to find the perfect website/venue. A pal of mine told me about etsy and I joined. My husband thought of the name, I Adorn U. It was a mix of art and jewelry in its infancy and matured into a jewelry shop. It took me 4 years to get established and create consistent works.
2. How would you describe your collection?
My I Adorn U collection described as: naturalist, geologist, vintage with hints of art/personal history… Haha, kinda of like my own style.
3. Describe a typical day in your life?
I wake up 9 months of the year to an alarm clock. My husband and I take turns making breakfast for one another and we get ready for our day as teachers. I teach elementary school art at a public school in Las Vegas, Nevada. I love my day job, my students are little bundles of joy and inspiration. After my day ends I come home and check emails, respond to customers and print shipping. After computer work I turn on my torch and decompress. My husband and I again take turns making dinner and discuss new designs, quality control and fabrication. Afterwards, I work on my jewelry until it’s time to go to bed. I love my life I have two jobs, and a husband that I adore.
4. What is your favorite thing to do on a day off?
Hiking, traveling, eating and firing up my torch.
5. What inspires you? My environment inspires me. The desert, the mountains, my husband…
6. What is your favorite thing in your home?
Hmm… my favorite thing would be my art collection. I collect friend’s art and I have many walls covered, I cherish the time, talent and love that goes into a work. The photo below is a collaboration piece I did with my pal Rhonda Turnbough. I love her art!

Only recieved half my order and cant find any contact info for this “company”, have waited almost 2 months. Why no phone number ANYWHERE? Reputable companies include contact information with their invoice just incase an issue were to arrive. Leaving for Boston on Thursday without the items that we purchased as a gift.
