On The Road Again

Richard and I are off on a road trip to San Francisco for a few days, then on to our state’s capitol. I am really looking forward to a change in scenery, eating out, seeing friends and family, cocktails, museums, and whatever else our little adventure has in store. My bags are packed with a lot of stripes and bright colors and, most importantly, the traveling essentials such as a pair of sunglasses, hat, colorful scarf (to liven up an outfit), structured blazer for dinners, walking shoes, and a camera.

The Sunday Sparkle Girls!

Hello from the Sunday Sparkle girls! We’re Ali and Stacey and we decided to create this blog because we’re constantly being inspired by the world around us, and this is the perfect format to share our inspiration with you. From vintage store shopping to reading fashion magazines, to experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes, we feel this blog will be a celebration of all the things we love. We have a mutual love for throwing memorable parties, and get excited about all the elements that make the party special, including the decorations, food, drinks, and the perfect hostess party dress.

The Sunday Sparkle will share recipes, DIY ideas for the perfect party, wine recommendations, our favorite fashion and home accessories, and even tips on how to build a party around your favorite pair of shoes.
